What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the awareness of knowing what is happening, while it is happening. Often, we can move through life thinking about the past or the future and as a result, we can miss what is happening in our lives now.  Mindfulness can help us to develop our ability to live in the present moment.

Mindfulness is a journey that requires patience, kindness and practice. It can help unlock self-acceptance and a deeper appreciation for life.

We offer Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions for those new to or wanting to develop their understanding of Mindfulness. These are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month. To find out more, click the link below.
